Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

 

The Loyalty Card Program

 

  1. Ah Long Pancake will be giving a Loyalty Card to its customers (hereinafter “Customers” or “You”) at its discretion.

  2. For every S$2 spent at participating outlets, one (1) stamp will be stamped on the Loyalty Card.

  3. A valid Loyalty Card must be presented to staff at the point of sale to receive stamps.

  4. Customers may redeem S$2 off immediately upon receiving six (6), twelve (12) and eighteen (18) stamps by forfeiting the said number of stamps.

  5. Customers may redeem S$4 off at twenty-four (24) stamps by forfeiting the said number of stamps.

  6. To redeem either S$2 or S$4 off, a valid Loyalty Card must be presented at the point of sale.

  7. No change will be given if the total cost of the purchase falls below the prescribed discount.

  8. Ah Long Pancake and its corporate entities are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Loyalty Cards.

  9. Customers cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.

  10. The Loyalty Card will no longer be valid once the promotional period ends.        

  11. The promotional period begins on 1 September 2024 and may be discontinued at Ah Long Pancake’s sole discretion at any time with no liability to Customers. Customers will be informed when the promotional period is coming to an end on our website, or social media platforms.

  12. The Loyalty Card will be given to customers of Ah Long Pancake for free at our sole discretion.

  13. These Terms & Conditions applicable to our Loyalty Card Program are governed by Singapore Law.

  14. By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree that as far as permissible, Ah Long Pancake and its corporate entities will only be liable up to the total discount amount should Ah Long Pancake and its corporate entities be found liable for any loss arising out of the Loyalty Card Program in a Court of law in Singapore.

  15. By accepting and using the loyalty card, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

  16. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website. Customer’s continued participation in our Loyalty Card Program will constitute acceptance of such changes.

  17. Any reference to money herein is in Singapore Dollars.
